Our Trilogy product portfolio offers you flexibility and simplicity. You can choose from a variety of benefit plan options with a wide range of deductibles, coinsurance, co-pays and out-of-pocket maximums.

• Traditional PPO Plans give members freedom of choice with benefit coverage provided anywhere in the United States. Whenever plan members need care, they can decide to use participating or non-participating providers. When they choose to seek care through a participating provider, they pay less and never have to worry about usual and customary charges that can occur with non-participating providers!
• High Deductible Health Plans qualified for Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) give employees the opportunity to accumulate tax-free savings they can keep forever. They in turn have more influence over their health care decisions and spending. Employers win by offering employees something new while receiving welcomed tax benefits.
• Tri-Healthy Wellness Program helps employers and employees improve their health while keeping costs down. • Pharmacy Benefits are available with all medical plans. Members can take advantage of money-saving opportunities through the Mail Order Pharmacy (paying 2.5 co-pays for a three-month supply), Retail 90 Rx (at participating pharmacies picking up a three-month supply at the retail location) and Half Tablet Rx Programs (allowing them to split approved medications to reduce pharmacy costs), in addition to other helpful programs and information.
• Precious Cargo ^sm provides prenatal education and guidance to expectant mothers to help them deliver healthier, full term babies. The program's goals are to ensure women obtain and maintain optimal prenatal care, identify women who may be at high risk for complications during pregnancy, promote early intervention for high-risk women and manage them through the case management process. Each mother is assigned a registered nurse who contacts them regularly and is available for questions or concerns.
• Health Information Line gives members access to a phone nurse, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The call line is a health information service and is not intended to be an advice line or to replace or question the diagnosis of a physician or health care provider. At all times, the provider remains responsible for the member's medical care.
