• Employee: Click here to Sign-Up or Login.
  Each covered employee, spouse and adult child, if covered under your plan, must register separately to access their personal account. During the registration process, you will create your unique Username and password. In the future, you will only need to use your Username and password to gain access to the site.
• Dependents: Click here to Sign-Up or Login.
• Employers: You will be required to enter a unique Admin ID to access information. Trilogy Health Insurance will provide you with a unique Admin ID.
• Providers: Click here to Sign-Up, or Login. You will be required to enter a unique Vendor ID (this will be your Federal Tax Identification Number). 
• Brokers: You will be required to enter your unique Broker ID to access information. Trilogy Health Insurance will provide you with a unique Broker ID.
